1. Acceptance

By using Memo Whiteboard on issac.store (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Memo Whiteboard is a browser-based 2D/3D sketch tool. It is provided as a free web application. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

3. No account required

You can use the whiteboard without creating an account. Sketches are processed in your browser session by default. Download PNG files if you want to keep your work. We do not promise cloud backup or permanent storage of board content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, attack, or disrupt the service or related infrastructure.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a harmful way.
Do not click ads on the site fraudulently or ask others to do so.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you draw and for any files you download or share. Do not upload or attach illegal content to third-party tools using exports from this service. You keep ownership of your sketches; we do not claim ownership of drawings you create locally in the browser.

6. Advertising

Content pages may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense, to help support the service. Ad behavior and cookies are described in the privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost sketches, interrupted sessions, or decisions you make based on AI tools after attaching an exported image.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
